We clean handmade rugs, as well as all types of domestic and machine made area rugs. Our service staff will pick up and deliver your rug, but feel free to bring a rug right to us for a 20% discount. We will take the rug in and out of your car and handle it with the utmost care. Priceless antique, family heirloom, or your favorite worn old rug will be cleaned and dried to your complete satisfaction. Special attention is given to the fringe and any spotted areas.

The cleaning process is a gentle soap and water one, no chemicals are used. The rug is cleaned several times on both sides and then hung in a dry room. After the rug is dried, it is inspected and recleaned if needed or put away until the customer takes delivery. If the rug needs several washings, there is no additional charge. When you take delivery of your rug, you can be assured that it has been thoroughly cleaned using the most professional techniques available today. Any spots or staining that may remain have been thoroughly attended to and are not able to be improved without risking harm to the rug. The cleaning and drying process takes time if done properly, so expect your rug to be with us about 10-14 days.

With heavy traffic, we recommend we professionally clean your rug every 1-3 years. With light traffic, every 3-5 years.

Cleaning restores the softness of fiber and richness of color to your rug. It extends the life of the carpet also and helps to prevent moth activity. You will be pleased with your rug’s appearance and texture after it is professionally cleaned.

Do not have oriental rugs cleaned in your home on the floor.The rug can not be cleaned properly, on both sides, and will not dry properly.
